Refunds

You can return the order to us within 31 days of delivery. A refund can only be made if the item is in the original packaging, unused and undamaged arrived at our place.

If we have sent an incorrect or defective product, we will of course bear the return costs.

For all other return reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return costs incurred. After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund all payments minus the return costs.

Note: Shipments returned to the Amber Renea warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded. 

Please send an email to Hello@amberrenea.com or a letter to our postal address stating that you wish to return a product. We will then let you know how to proceed.  Our return process is straightforward and quick.
