Refunds

The team at Amber Renea wants to ensure you are always happy with your orders. If there is damage to your order then Amber Renea will replace the product.

We cannot accept returns of products into Amber Renea's inventory of products. We do not give refunds. 

 

If your product is damaged (e.g., cracked or broken), please contact us at hello@amberrenea.com with the necessary information and photographic evidence for investigation. We’ll do all we can to provide the best solution depending on each situation. Note: Shipments that are returned to the Amber Renea warehouse because of an incorrect shipping address or attempted delivery with no answer, will not be refunded. .
